– Invitations by text.

– Permits will be issued and revoked, not accounts.

– Applications for Android and iOS

– License Plate Recognition Integration for management and/or enforcement

– Logging and Tracking Vehicles in violation for Enforcement agency, which may or may not be viewable to Property Management, depending upon the agreement, between the two.

– Residents will also be able to create an account without invitation and then request Parking privileges (an ePermit) to be authorized to their account. The unit owner or manager, will receive an email, which they simply approve or deny, either directly from the email, or logging into their account.
