ePermit Virtual Parking Permit System

Frequently Asked Questions

I received an Invitation. How do I set up my account?

It's really simple.

STEP 1 — You will receive your Invitation by email. About a paragraph down there is a unique link. Click the link and it will bring you here, to PermitRegistration.com, where you will create your account.

You will be asked for basic, general information — name, address and phone. This is very important in case management or the enforcement agency needs to contact you, especially in an emergency. You will also create a password.

ePermit takes security and privacy very seriously, and does not share any of your information with anyone outside of management or the enforcement agency.

ePermit does not store passwords. Yours is protected and cannot be recovered, viewed, or read by anyone, including us. You will never get a “you cannot use a previously used password” message, so you can use a password you are familiar with if you would like, and won't forget it.

Once completed, click Register.

STEP 2 — You will be taken to the sign-in page, where you log in with your email address and the password you created. Once logged in you can register your vehicle. Enter all requested vehicle information, click Add Vehicle, and you're done. You will see the vehicle on your account, and you will receive a confirmation email of the change.

Please make sure you don't miss key, transpose, add or take out any spaces or characters to or from your License Plate. Once registered, your License Plate becomes your Parking Permit, and it is the ONLY way for Management or Enforcement to search your vehicle to see if it is authorized to park.

The whole process takes less than 5 minutes — about 2, actually.

I have NOT received my Invitation. What do I do?

Invitations are sent by the owner or manager of the unit. Owners and managers manage their residents by inviting new residents and removing former ones.

To send an invitation, go to Resident Management and find the unit. An open spot reads OPEN with an email field beside it. Enter the resident's email address and send the invite.

Please remember to remove your former residents here as well.

If you need further assistance, please call our office.

I'm moving to another unit, or another property that uses ePermit. What do I do?

Your ePermit follows you. When your new unit is set up, your existing account — the same email address — is attached automatically. There is nothing to re-register.

I purchased a unit at a property that uses ePermit. What do I do?

Contact management to begin onboarding. You will sign in with your existing ePermit account.
